Californian Develops Hand-Held 'Personal' Food Tester to Enable Healthy Eating Habits

Today, Percolator Works Scientist and Biofeedback pioneer, Buryl Payne, Ph. D. and London-born technologist, Peter Mackeonis announced the availability of the VitaScan, an innovative hand-held instrument for testing an individual’s tolerance to foods and beverages – even to electronics, such as cellphones.
