As Vice President of Staffing Services, Beckett reports to the CEO and is responsible for the development and growth of NWCS' professional staffing and recruitment services. In this new role, she oversees a growing team of highly-trained associates who are focused on fulfilling the hiring needs of NWCS customers. Beckett is also tasked with negotiating competitive placement rates with other IT staffing organizations throughout the U. S. and Canada and staying ahead of the market by identifying key areas where there may be a talent shortage or surplus.

Beckett comes to NWCS with more than a decade of HR, business development and recruiting experience within several vertical markets including IT, commercial real estate, finance and healthcare. She maintains an impressive track record for delivering results, building a motivated staff, negotiating lucrative hiring packages, and establishing long-term business relationships.

Prior to joining NWCS, Beckett served as the Division Manager of Staffing and Consulting for Intermountain Technology Group. In this role, she developed a full service national technical staffing business designed to meet clients' employment needs and address trends in the IT industry. In addition, through a concentrated effort with leading IT distributor Ingram Micro, Beckett and Intermountain Technology Group partnered as a vendor to develop the Ingram Micro Services Network's (IMSN) IT Staffing Services, which aides VARs throughout North America in finding temporary, full time, and part-time technical and sales talent. Beckett joined NWCS on April 7, 2008 and according to her work colleagues has hit the ground running.
